Pump Servicing and Maintenance

We have an experienced team of technicians for overhauling and servicing various types of pumps for most areas of Oil & Gas, Industrial and Marine installations. All pumps are stripped down to component form, cleaned by suitable methods, inspected to ensure they are within the manufacturer’s tolerance prior to re-assembling.

We do Shaft T.R.I. checking, Shaft bend removal and weld repair of the shaft, new wear ring machining with exact clearance, Machining of new carbon bushes, impeller balancing, etc. We have a fully equipped and dedicated workshop with a range of machines including Lathe Machines, shaping machines, milling machines in Al Hayl Fujairah to carry out all types of repairs.
